Through its X profile, formerly known as Twitter, Rockstar has revealed that the trailer for GTA 6 will be unveiled at the beginning of December, celebrating the studio’s 25th anniversary.
“Next month marks the 25th anniversary of Rockstar Games. Thanks to the incredible support of our players around the world, we’ve had the opportunity to create games we’re truly passionate about. […] We’re very excited to announce that, in early December, we will release the first trailer for the next Grand Theft Auto.”
Grand Theft Auto V (GTA 5) was originally released on September 17, 2013, for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, and later for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC, becoming one of the best-selling games of all time.
GTA 5 shattered records, generated billions of dollars, was critically acclaimed, and undoubtedly became one of the most successful and popular games in the history of video games. It’s no wonder that fans’ expectations and anticipation for the sequel, GTA 6, are sky-high.
